As the funnel narrows, you’re taking your customers are a journey through your business and building a relationship as do. The funnel ends at the bottom where you’ve earned the right (hopefully) to ask for the sale. However, it doesn’t need to end there. The relationship you develop with your customers is life-long and is continually developed and improved upon.
